Dr Corbett said that I needed ankle surgery and if I didn't have it, I would be sitting around and watching my friends walk. She did a subtalar fusion which she said was successful. I kept having more pain than before the surgery, but she insisted that the fusion was strong and I could get shots every 90 days to ease the pain. I tried the shots and they didn't help, so I went to see a foot Dr, bringing my x-ray images from Oschner. After looking at her x-rays, the foot surgeon, questioned whether my foot was fused at all and ordered a cat scan which showed there was no fusion. He ordered a bone growth stimulator, but told me it was likely too late for it to help. Long story short, after several months, another cat scan and daily pain,the foot is still not fused. My foot hurts all of the time. nerves were cut during surgery and my foot feels half numb and prickly, plantar fasciitis developed while in the cast following surgery. A tendon was impinged during the surgery and my big toe doesn't move. (Dr Corbett said I didn't need it to move) All in all my my life has been full of pain ever since she operated on me and I would not recommend her to anyone. Oh, and because I did let her operate on me, I am that man who sits and watches my friends be active. I have had pain every day of my life in the 2+ years since she operated on me.

Waited for over an hour to only be seen for all of five seconds. Immediately said she did not do surgery for cosmetic reasons when that wasn’t even the reason for the visit. All in all she was quite rude and I’ll be seeing someone else. A complete waste of time.

Had an appointment with Dr Corbett. Nurse called me the day before telling she agreed with what ever Dr truding wanted to do with the ankle without seeing me ......... sad but thank you anyways
