Disappointed in the staff. Called 2 weeks ahead to see if the clinic was accepting new patients with my insurance. They assured me they were and sent me a book long new patient packet and would not schedule my appointment until after paperwork was received. I go to turn in the paperwork...They're no longer accepting new patients with my insurance. This was in about a week and a half time frame.. I spent hours working thoughtfully on that paperwork for nothing. Thankful I have found a great dr that accepts my insurance.

New to the Northshore area and looking to establish care for myself and family. My appt was for 11 and I was placed in a room around 12. The nurse that checked me in was asking all the usual questions and gathering info. She finished saying Dr. would be in soon. Nurse returned with more questions and told me the Dr. was eating her lunch and had questions so she was relaying answers to the Dr. FINALLY at 12:40 Dr. came in. She was friendly but rushing and focused on the one thing I had written down so questions about other concerns were brushed off. She was very much in a hurry. The appt required further testing (brain ekg) in her office for a med I have been on for 3 years . Seemed excessive $$$ Checking out 2 hours from my appt time with maybe 8 minutes being spent with Dr. I was told the membership was a have too. Basically $100 (Per family members over 13)to be able to text 24/7 and get a response if I was sick. I was not interested in that service. Mind you they take insurance so this isn’t setting off cost. So disappointed in my experience.

I have loved my experience thus far with DS Family Med! They have been so kind and concerned with everything I’ve come to them with, and they really make you feel like you’re the only patient there! It’s also so cool that you can text after hours with a trained professional if you need something! Glad I decided to go to DS Family Med :)

After searching high and low for a Doctor who listens and truly cares, I found Dr Devan Szczepanski. She and her staff are simply wonderful. I am thankful and feel very blessed to be her patient. She is THE ABSOLUTE BEST doctor EVER!!! ❤ufe0f

Five stars, hands down! I love how easy it is to make an appointment, text with a provider when I have minor issues or need refills, and all the extras that DS family medicine has to offer. I always feel heard and I love how personable the staff is. Dr Szcepanski has always gone above and beyond for me and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
