Had new patient appointments for my 4 children and myself and could not be happier. The dental hygienist Ashley took her time to explain everything she was doing before she did it, answered all of my questions, was very gentle, and super nice. Both dentists are just as friendly and thorough. And the insurance lady, Viviana, was so friendly and took time to explain everything in detail to make sure everything was understood. Will definitely be back.

Please read over your plan keep any plan that was change. In writing HARD COPY not verbal on receipt & plan changed. Ask question, explain it to you.... I had to ask for these by the Administration????? ... after up tonight send it over for review ..2nd opinion codes not right ... even charge me for a root canal! Iam not concern on getting correct & monies refunded!!! It will be handled accordingly..nBut moving forward on reporting this operation.. no telling what has been happening to the older that do not understand their terminology. Made a honest mistake, going with them... Being reported @ recorded

Today I had a new patient cleaning at Northshore Dental. I scheduled over the phone. We are new to the area and the office is close to our subdivision. The reviews were good so I assumed I would be okay. The receptionists were sort of friendly. I was looking for a new dental home to avoid traveling 45 minutes. The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth made callous comments about my past dental work. I tried to ignore her but after several comments I was highly offended and my feelings were hurt. The doctor wasn’t any better he greeted me but wasn’t that much more nicer.nnThe teeth cleaning and teaching of flossing effectively she provided was excellent but the way I feel matters just as much to me.nnI was a teen mother that survived being homeless. I graduated nursing school to overcome these struggles. Needless to say my teeth were neglected for a time period. You never know what someone overcomes so be careful of your comments. As a health care professional I know that I would never make any of my patients feel the way I felt leaving this office. I will continue driving 45 minutes and will not return to this office ever!

My wife went in today and had a few teeth pulled, she normally freaks out and is terrified but north shore dental is the first dentist she was comfortable and actually looking forward to going back! She's in little pain and they did excellent extractions! Highly recommended!
