February 1 lunchtime. This was my first time at this location. I am not a big fan of Applebee’s. However this location was not that bad. My waitress was polite and sociable I did not care for the food too much though and the location appeared to be clean. I would return to this location.
I decided to stop in for a good filling meal, what i ended up having was a ribeye steak with potatos on the side with some salt and pepper they have on the table. All in all i really enjoyed the peaceful,well-lit atmosphere and the dessert was really tasty. Really, I wasn't sure what i was going to eat but my waiter, Brian was very helpful and made great suggestions and that really made the experience awesome. I look forward to bringing my family soon and will be asking for Brian at the Slidell Applebees.nn1 year later update: Came to get the ribeye steak with potatoes and it was awful, The meat was almost white kinda like a porkchop and it looked like something out of a magazine with the grill marks but the whole experience was offsetting and ultimately did not finish my meal. This was just my experience.

The food taste pretty good here and looks pretty good as well. I think they need to expedite a little faster.
It was good. Had baby back ribs. They were not hot needed more sauce.
