Fraud fraud fraud. I was told someone contact me within 24 hrs. Next thing I know the next day I get an email saying someone did contact me and I didn't answer. False! Than said they call me today. False! Was told the person worked from 6-11. False! They said they wouldn't take money out til after talking to the doctor. False! When I ask for my money back they said it would take up to 5 business days but we're quick to take my money before doing what they were supposed BEFORE taking my money. Do not use this business. Not worth the emotional hassle when your trying to register your dog as an emotional support animal. Has me all worked up when it should be an easy process. Not professional at all!

Darren was incredibly helpful! I got my ESA letter in less than 24 hours and was able to request reasonable accommodation from my landlord with no issues at all.

Do not use this company, they do not disclose additional fees. When I called they told me it was a flat fee of 179 dollars and when I spoke with the licensed health professional she said if there are any were any issues she contacted directly, at no point did they mention an additional fees. So when I need her to complete reasonable accommodations form from where I a moving to they requested another 69 dollars which was not disclosed previously. So I wasted 179 dollars on nothing, do not be use this company. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB against this fraud.

Very pleasant people to help you. Got my certificate , ID, and Dr letter very quickly and the price was great.
