Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the grooming dept of this PS. I’ve never been really impressed but this visit was by far the worse. I didn’t find the staff to be friendly. I paid $100 for a bath/nail trim and furminator for a 4 mo old Golden Retriever. Everywhere he goes, people flock to him and are happy when they see him. I didn’t feel the staff had any interest in having him there. When I picked him up, there was no communication on his visit, recommendations or request to book another visit. Also, after doing some research, I saw that Goldens should go to a professional if using a furminator... His fur was frizzy in places. And shedding just as bad as when I brought him in. I absolutely didn’t see the value nor any reason to return. Too much competition in the area to go back.nGoogle won’t let me write two separate reviews on the different experiences I had so I need to say the my training experience was much better. Jessica was patient, friendly and I felt she really knew what she was doing. I may go back for advanced when he’s ready.

They always have my dogs food. And good selection of toys for the puppies

Very disappointing every time I go there the fish are in terrible care more dead fish and dead food for reptiles then anything the fish that are alive are in bad condition and eating the dead body’s that managed to get down to just bone because they have Ben there so long and the rest are all obviously looking for food if not eating others fins I’m disgusted because the employee try’s to tell me I can’t put this fish in a 65 gallon tank because it will out grow the tank in a few years. Know everything your supposed to do with your fish in your home but doesn’t know how to properly maintain the fish in trusted to them because it is there job and there paid to properly clean feed and insure there’s not decomposing hornworms directly in front of ware they bag there fish at on a daily basis in my opinion if you don’t want to do your job like your supposed to do get a new onenAnd 710271550801 if you know you know but also know it won’t be the last one I come in weekly

Petsmart was fun and we had a great time picking out our pet lizard if you buy crickets TIP they can chew through the plastic bag they come in so maybe put them in a plastic dish with a lid on it.
