After adopting a dog I brought her here to get a full grooming, and make her feel like the princess that she is. They took amazing care of my little girl as I watched through the glass the whole time. She never even knew her momma was there while she was getting her pampering session that she loved so much.

Very rude fish attendant. I understand that they are supposed to advise you, but she refused to help us because we have a new tank. We are experienced aquarium owners and don't need amateur advice. I'll never be back.

Nice employees. My puppy had a great time visiting with everyone. She got a ball and some treats.

Friendly staff and patrons. Clean store. Well stocked. And very reasonable sale pricing.

Standard PetSmart with the selection you'd expect. They also have a Banfield for your animals medical needs. Located across from the Home Depot in Covington. It's a bit off the main drag (highway 190) so it's not obvious where it is. Just watch for the Goodwill, turn on that street that runs perpendicular to 190.
