My family and I have been seeing Dr. Reed or Dr. Kelly for a long time and trust them as our physicians. We also see Clay, who is the PA and he’s kind and attentive. The staff and nurses are friendly. I’ve never had a long wait, they usually call me pretty quickly. Sometimes they have busy days and can be busy behind the desk but I’ve never been inconvenienced by that. They also have a lab and pharmacy which makes testing and filling prescriptions convenient. The pharmacist Cindy recognizes me even when I call on the phone.

I have been waiting in this office for 5 hours now just to get a shot . I was a walk in , me and my sister both were. she got called before me and I waited 5 hours. I also had to keep telling them that I been waiting. This is the second time this had happened ud83dude21
