Aspen Dental

The people were friendly and offer a lot of information but they were over priced. More worried about making money than actually fixing what I needed fixed and being cost effective. I went back to my local dentist, got my tooth fixed for about half of what Aspen wanted to charge.

The Monroe office is a VERY WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT. Yesterday was my first visit there and EVERYONE I mean EVERY SINGLE ONE made me feel super comfort almost like I was with family. They were so caring a nurturing, I was given blankets because I was cold and Dr Nathan was amazing with my wisdom teeth removal and very thorough. Most informative dental appt ever. I really can't say enough I wish I remembered everyone's name. Basic I have a new dental home ud83dude01

Was greeted warmly when I entered. Every one was frisky and nice. Epically Amber that was doing the x-rays. Was talkative and friendly and the dentist was friendly and explained what he was going to do before he did. I would use them again.

My experience was most excellent. I had a hairline crack in my denture and it was spreading and I needed a repair. My regular dentist was out of town until the 31st of August so I got online and started searching for a place to get it repaired. I found one called the Denture Center and they told me if I would come in at 8:30 am on Friday they could repair my denture and I could go and have breakfast and come back and pick it up. When I got there it was a whole different story. They said I could not pick it up until 4:00 PM. I live 60 miles from Monroe and I had driven all the way there to find what they told me was not true. I could not wait that long so I left. Employees were not friendly or helpful at all to boot.nMonday morning I called Aspen in Monroe, La and they told me to come on in and they could fix it . I left my home at 9:30 am, arrived at the Aspen Dental in Monroe,, La at 10:30 am and at 10:50 am I was on my way home with my denture fixed. I know that is not possible every time but I was just blown away by the excellent service.nAll the employees, especially Brittany Turner were extremely helpful and friendly. Brittany Turner was very knowledgeable about every thing and should be a manager if she isn't already. Tiffany, Amber and a new employee that was being trained by Brittany were very friendly and helpful.nThank you Aspen Dental for an excellent experience and I know where I will get my next new denture.

I have a very mixed review of Aspen Dental in Monroe, LA. Every staff member I encountered was very nice and professional. I was impressed with young Dr. Barham, front desk, x-ray tech and office manager and would have been happy to continue care there. The problem came when the periodontal technician gave me the hard sell for their “Periodontitis Treatment Plan,” a deep cleaning and maintenance program priced around $1000 followed by quarterly treatments of $250 each, which I declined. I was told that without agreeing to this treatment I could not get care from Aspen Dental. I have been receiving dental care for many decades, and up until this last year, at least once or twice a year...my dental health is good, and in my opinion and that of my previous dentists (not corporate!), this therapy, if recommended, should be optional.nAfter my appointment I turned up a 2012 NPR article on the internet titled, “Patients and Profits at Aspen Dental”. I would recommend reading it before you consider going to Aspen, things haven’t changed much.
