Visit PetSmart to purchase another bed for dog, which it was overdue for a new one. Mr. Nick was very helpful and helped us on deciding on the next bed for out dog. Would definitely recommend and go back again for our future needs

Upon reaching checkout I had to remind the cashier that one chew toy was Buy 1 Get 1 @ half off. She corrected it but I noticed she was apparently responding to something or someone on her personal phone. I asked why and she denied it to me! Needs training for proper customer service!

I use the groomers here. Getting in and out is easy (would be easier if I remembered to check out online.. lol). I get there are animals in there, but there is a pungent animal/urine odor that his you as you enter.

The Monroe Petsmart is great. Staff is welcoming & knowledgeable. Jennifer is an amazing dog trainer. Would highly recommend using Petsmart & Jennifer for your training needs.
