I've been a storage renter here since 2013 & have been thru 3 ownership changes. My unit was broken into 2 times with a total loss of approx $4000. This latest company finally got security camera's after my previous suggestions for years. Hopefully it will help deter break ins. The current manager Arisia is Wonderfully, patient & Kind. A pleasant Person to deal with. She keeps an impeccable property and is extremely involved with day to day operation.
Great communication! I had no problem with being able to drop off my property in storage. Ms Jamaya kept me well informed on any changes that could affect me entering the facility during the Hurricane. Was a big deal for me since I had never experienced one. Renting online was also a big plus as well.
Easy to book online easy to access but the unit I have the door has issues for me to get in and out of the storage it’s very hard to open the latch and the door keeps coming down
I’ve rented the cheapest one because I don’t have to much stuff. so the second floor is dirty, we found glass broken on the floor, cockroaches and cat’s poop. I’ll keep my stuff inside the plastic bags and I left some cockroach killer inside my unit. on the other hand the price is good.
Top notch customer service! The office staff was friendly and informative!
