Worst place since the new owner no on site management customer service can’t tell you anything I’ve lost thousands due to inability to access unit with no compensation. As I’m a decorator who uses this facility to store my items
Really a worst place to store your items. I have been using this store for more than 2 years with an insurance (total cost $76 every month).nFirst of all, the insurance you can buy is just for namesake they will never ever take your case of any damages happens to your items. Insurance company does not bother to call or communicate with you anyway. I don't know why choctaw storage center provide such kind of third party insurance or suggest this insurance company.nnI visited my unit after 6 months and realized they broke my lock and asked me to put a new one without my permission. I had to use another lock to keep my items safe but keep in mind they won't bother if they break your lock and leave your unit as it is. I asked the reason, but no reasonable answer.nnTerrible pest and rodent infestation. You can see the pics. Please use any other storage facility if you really care about your items
