SUPER cool office girl! Really friendly and professional! Clean facility and good security! Moving and haven't found a new place yet but I've already sold mine and needed something pretty big. They had the size I needed and worked with me to get a price that I am comfortable with. This is the 3rd time I've needed storage and so far this is my favorite place. I'll update if anything changes! :)

Use them for two months when I moved here from California they were OK except for the woman that works there basically was never available at the time that I needed to go and talk to her tractor anything so I think they replaced her though so I don’t really I can’t get the fiber I can’t really give her one is as bad customer service but I’m hoping that they changed it I know the new girl said that the other girl had not posted a check which I don’t really like when people take your check and the key in your routing and transit number to cash it rather than actually running the check through their bank and depositing in their account I ACH and routing number I will do it. And I would not like a copy of my check and place into an accounting system where it automatically debited my account I know there is a future but is not something that she used to do ACH and routing number therefore I am like him I’m not agreeing to an ACH I’m writing a check with Soli give me a run through twice if they were to bounce but they are doing this as a check will clear up quicker and be in the system but they are also his room for air unless these checks are scanned and Raven kid so I don’t agree with the whole system and I’m an accountant and controller and I would never agree to doing this to customers that’s my take on it sorry

I canceled my service today from this storage place. This is no doubt the most rude place of business I have ever delt with. There are too many other storage units in Denham Springs, I strongly suggest you find any other one than this, Chuck
