Thank god we are moving stuff out of this storage . It’s gross . There is rat feces and roaches . We had nothing in here to attract that. The air also stopped working , and for most of the time we used it the lights never worked . Don’t waist your money and time using fortress storage ... Also there was a rat that died that My fiancé had to scoop up himself . It’s suppose to be climate controlled.. yet it’s not . Shannon was great . The new people need to step their game up.
Shannon was such a pleasure to deal with. She answered all of my questions and made me feel like she really cared about my experience with her company. I feel at ease knowing that my personal belongings are being stored at a facility where customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are looking for a storage facility in the Walker area, give her a call. I highly recommend Fortress Storage.
