Been with PVT for five years. The only positive thing I can say is that I'm glad I have some kind of phone and internet service. If there was ANY other choice I would be gone. I'm certain they bank on that. They get away with robbery with no competition.
Not a fan. Had account on auto draft with valid credit card. They disconnected our service for non payment and charged us to reconnect - rep said it was their mistake but they couldn't refund the re connection fee because they are a co-op?? Figure that one out. We have ended our dealings with PVT and will not do business with them.
After being a customer of PVT for many years the customer service of the office personnel is very disappointing! Wish I had a choice of another company for my service.
