HOLDEN SUPERMARKET DELI

I just ordered pizza from here and when I got home and checked the pizzas I didn't have the right pizza. So I am good with saying I should have checked them before I left the store but I didn't. But when I called the store about it the worker who answered the phone said she would have to talk to the boss and come back to the phone in a minute. Also to get the true way they operate, they never get a name for the pizzas or phone number. So any way, she came back and said that I should have checked the pizzas before I left and he (the boss), said that it was over two hours since I picked them up. But it had only been about a hour. Then they told me I would have to order and pay for another one. So I ordered it and brought my receipt back with me and showed him it had only been about a hour, he was laughing at me and proceeds to tell me that there was like 6 pizzas up there when I first picked up. So hince he gave me the wrong order but just not in those words. So I will NOT be going back. I would rather give my business to Carter's supermarket where I know they will honor their mistakes and only charge the $10.99 a pizza without extra cheese. Now also I live about 15 minutes from both stores and about 15 miles. So I had to waste my gas doing this also. And my pizza that I had ordered from earlier was at home getting cold for me to get back to eat. Thank you so much Holden Supermarket and deli for such a great dinner, NOT!!!

Charge to much, and watch your change, they always short me...... not very customer friendly people.
