Just went to pray. Church open most of the day. Historical church, very pretty. Have not gone there for mass yet.

New construction underway. The bright light and steeple caught my attention as I prepared to access Interstate 12 near Livingston, Louisiana. It's conveniently located near the Interstate, frontage road, Tourist Information, picnic tables in a nice grassy area are available for fellowship and a easy, fun, brunch after services and study. Sweet location in a part of our Louisiana country / rural heritage; yet not too far from the metropolitan areas. Fascinating charm.

The renovations are complete & it is very tastefully beautiful while restoring most of the original Hungarian atmosphere. Father Jamin understands the heritage of the church & the congregation. He always speaks to the people of his congregation in a way that help preserve the strong heritage while delivering relavent messages in his Homilies. Thank you to everyone who participated in making this happen.
