Had a good experience at Pet Smart. Had good sale on canned food. Prices were decent. Spent 10.00 less then last month at Tractor Supply. The sales associate was very patient with me while I tried to remember my phone number from years ago.
I like that they price match with their online prices. They're always friendly. They don't carry the big bag of dog food that I give my dog or his shampoo ud83dude14otherwise I would have given 5 ud83cudf1f
Able to schedule grooming quickly online. Sasha was done after 2 hours but a few spots not clipped as well as expected. Overall a good experience even though expensive at $55
I love sandelle at the grooming dept. She gets 5 stars but the store itself... Always a huge line... Only one cashier ever. All the time
I would take away the 1⭐ for this PetSmart if I could. The day I went in (been in a couple different times) I was trying to find some dog booties for my pitbull I looked and looked in the store could not find any. So I double checked online to make sure I wasn't missing them. Online said many different brands in stock at this store. So I finally found someone (looking for a good couple mins)to ask about it and he acted like he was to busy or I was a bother to him or he didn't want to help me find them.nWith the response of if you didn't find them then we must not carry them.nSo to end this I will continue to go to Petco and Tractor Supply where your treated respectfully and by people who genuinely like to help.
