I am an attorney who received excellent legal representation from Susan Tyndall in an insurance coverage dispute with a major insurance carrier over what sums it owed in connection with the loss of my wife in a motor vehicle accident. Because of Susan’s top notch representation of me as a policyholder, we were able to reach a fair and very good resolution with my insurance carrier that allowed me to put this emotionally difficult situation behind me. All I can do is thank Doug Swanson. After my car accident I had absolutely no idea what to do, and Mark Young, who originally took my case, walked me through everything. Habush was there right away. Mark Young told me what to expect. When Mark Young retired and my case went to Doug Swanson's desk, he just built on the already amazing working connection I had with Habush Habush and Rottier. Ann Zenke is one of the most dedicated and patient paralegals I've ever met. Without her and Doug nothing would have made sense. Doug walked me through everything and checked in on me, Ann checked in on me all the time. They both cared about my case beyond just their paychecks, they cared about me and they did an amazing job.
