Geoff Seufert handled my divorce thoroughly and competently. I whole-heartedly recommend him. My favorite thing is that he responded quickly to concerns and questions, unlike my ex-wife's lawyer who ended up lengthening the process due to unresponsiveness. Thank you, Geoff!

Mr. Seufert was the appointed GAL to our kids. I explained 4 things I had issues with my ex wife's step father and Mr. Seufert followed up on one of them. The court appointed social worker did her investigation on all 4 issues I had brought up and her recommendation to the court was the ex wife's step father could not be the sole care provider for our 2 children. I would not recommend Mr. Seufert due to his lack of follow up on items which were brought to his attention.

I have nothing but exceptional things to say about Atty. Seufert. He handled an extremely long and complicated family law case for me. As general background, my case involved multiple judges, extensive long-distance communication, and numerous novel legal issues. As a lawyer myself, it was in many ways among the most complex legal cases I have personally encountered.nnDespite these challenges, I honestly do not think anybody could have handled the case better. Attorney Seufert helped me with a custody/placement change due to unsafe circumstances at the other parent's house.nnHe aimed for peaceful communications but was always willing to aggressively advocate for my child and was bold in court. He was quick to respond anytime I had a question, advised me on working with a Guardian ad Litem, and followed through on everything.nnGeoff was confident, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and easy to get along with.
