I hope this dentist has changed his method of operation...and replaced his quite condescending and bizarre dental assistant. It’s been a few years so her name escapes me, I had a very bad tooth in the back, and bc of a new anxiety that involved dentists, dentistry, and basically having anyone put metal in my mouth, I wanted the tooth out. He begins to tell me a root canal would be best, and his assistant comes in to finalize details. Long story short, they wanted me to agree to root canal and crown three teeth in a row, side by side. Does anyone know how ridiculously expensive one root canal and crown is? Not to mention 3? With no insurance and even insurance doesn’t pay but 50% for certain procedures...not much consolation. When she noticed my refusal, the assistant became snippy and basically stormed out. I asked for Gauthier again and asked him to pull the damn tooth. He looks bewildered for a second and stammers “well, I suppose I could.” Really? Then after perusing my X-rays he shows me where extraction would be impossible due to the curvature of my root, which gave me a choice of have an oral surgeon remove it for really big bucks, or go for his 3 root canal job, only options!! I left there and back to Doc Hedrick who pulled that tooth with not one seconds trouble!!!! At a fraction of the cost! Not ideal, but it appeared that only money talked at Gauthier’s

Any other time they are good, but when they claim to be 24/7 emergency dental you can't get a hold of any one.
