The staff is both helpful and friendly. Its like meeting up with good friends every time I visit. The quality of fish is a solid 8/10. The prices are amazing as well, especially since they price match their online prices. I end up going nearly every week!

I live at Fort Polk and no one in Leesville grooms large dogs so my only other option is to drive to Alexandria and going to PetSmart or Petco. So I took my two dogs in yesterday for grooming for the first time at this location and Kayla did an AMAZING JOB! And they looked so happy when I picked them up. I will absolutely be bringing them in to see her again

It's an average big box pet store. They have pet supplies. They also had birds, ferrets, rats, mice, fish, and at least one turtle the day I went. The employees are quite friendly. The prices on dog food are high compared to other stores.

Alexandria, LA location is always clean & employees are typically friendly & helpful. Have done online ordering with curbside and pick-up in store as well. Curbside was extremely fast & employee friendly. Last two trips (December 2020 online/pickup in store & 02/06/21 bought item in store), the same cashier for both transactions has been less than friendly. Both times, employee seemed agitated. I've tried being overly friendly to maybe make their day better, but that seemed to only further their annoyance. I could also be coming on the wrong day & time. ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f

The workers were exceptional and helpful and I want to complement the young black lady that was helpful and exceptional and went out of her way to help me getting me a cart helping me and checking me out. She would be a valuable employee for any company or employer.
