Dr. Cates has been my dentist for many years, and I can honestly say he's one of the best, his practice has a small, homey feeling. I've had to visit other dentist for various reason, and none compare to Dr. Cates and his friendly staff (especially his wife Joy). His manner is friendly and easy going, he talks to you and explains procedures and options, and the best part is his gentleness...I've never experienced any pain! Even though he may not be part of my network, I still choose to go to Dr. Cates...He's worth the extra money.

Dr. Cates is the best! I moved away from Lake Charles and began using another dentist but I just didn't feel the same personal attention that I got from Dr. Cates and his staff so I'm going to drive the hour to continue to be able to use him .His entire staff is extremely helpful and nice. I highly recommend!
