The bathroom is outside. Stealing is a problem but there are necessary precautions to prevent it. Not only do they not have soap but seldom do they have any paper products. They are so worried about catching covid-19 but do not provide the public with proper sanitation to even enter the store. I would gladly have left to go elsewhere but my kids needed their hands washed. We purchased a bar of soap but this place is not what it use to be and the people running are far from caring about customer service. I don't care about ethnicity but don't open your doors if you have NO INTENTION to provide soap before entering the premises.
