Kate Spade Outlet

Went there yesterday only to find a line outside the door. It was cold and the wind was blowing! ud83dude21 I waited for 25 minutes and finally gave up! There were very few in the store. Coach was open to all and everything was fine. I am 76 years old and no store is worth this time out of my life. I have lots of KS but won’t be buying anymore.

Never have I ever heard of such a terrible retail experience. After driving two hours to come to Kate Spade on a Thursday afternoon, they locked the door at 2:10 p.m. The lady would not let anyone in because she said she was going on lunch. There was another employee there and they wanted to take lunch together. Even after begging because of a tight time schedule (to pick up a family member) and the drive, they still locked the door and said to come back in 30 minutes. After calling, I learned that it was the MANAGER who did that, not just a lazy employee who didn't feel like working. She said she was required to take a 30-minute lunch break between 2-3 p.m. She said they both had to together which I don't quite believe. Even so she wouldn't let anyone in no matter how quick they were or how much they were wanting to spend. If they both really had to take their 30-minute break, they could have waited 20 minutes. She also said they had already clocked out but you could see another customer leaving so I don't see how they had already clocked out. Nothing was posted on the window or website about the store needing to close between 2-3 p.m. I will never give any money to this store and discourage others to do so as well. If anyone knows where I can take this complaint further than the manager, please let me know. Very upsetting and just plain wrong. Terrible representatives of a great brand.

I fell in love with the Adel Backpack, and called the KC Legends store to inquire if they still had any in stock. They were sold out, but the sales person was super friendly and helpful! She located a bag in Iowa and put me in contact with the sales people there. They shipped my order and I had the backpack the next day! And at an amazing price! I’ve had a Kate Spade obsession for years, and every customer service interaction I’ve ever had has been stellar! Can’t say enough good things about this store and their products!
