Jessica, Laura, and Lindsey at the front desk are amazing. I’ve never had a bad experience here even though PT generally isn’t fun these ladies make it the best experience it can be. This is my second round of PT almost a year to the date apart from each other and they’re definitely the reason I came back and as much as I hope to never have too again, if I did this is the place I would come!!

Benchmark is professionally top notch. Business practices are like wise quite good. When I was involved in a mixup it was resolved fairly and in a friendly way.nFriendly professionals, quality administration: a combination I can easily recommend.

So I was in a massive truck wreck, broke tons of bones and haven't walked since may. after 2 months of in patient pt I get sent here for pt 3 days a week. Everything is good everyone is nice but no progress is being made. I go to my ortho and he gripes at me for not walking so I tell him what all I'm doing and he says its bs and sends me to another pt. Come to find out the new pt reads all my stuff and says he feels sorry for me that they've wasted 2 months of my life that I could have been walking. They worked everything but my legs and was making me do things that wasn't even ordered and here I am being weight bearing for four months and still cant walk. The new pt place does nothing but work my legs and strengthens them and stretches them exactly like him and my ortho said needed to be done.bench mark should have been doing. This for the past two months. So thanks benchmark for screwing me over for two months. Now that I'm at a professional place I'll probably be walking just fine within the month.

I wish it were possible to give more than five stars. These guys are the greatest. My wife is bring treated for a severe form of vertigo and we're forced to change appt times often and s'times w/out much notice. They're always accommodating and understanding. Cassie & Gracie are fantastic. My wife's therapist, Shane, is amazing, so is Jessica... The whole group is wonderful and I would recommend this office to anyone. We'll be glad to finish but we will really miss everyone of these guys.

I’ve been seen by several therapist after shoulder surgery. All of the therapist I have seen are highly qualified and have helped my shoulder recovery. I still have several weeks of therapy to go (3x week) and I know they will continue to help me regain strength & movement in my shoulder.
