Terrible experience - look elsewhere! I worked with Tracy on my small business accounting for about a year. On multiple occasions she failed to inform me of tax payments being deducted from my bank account causing overdraft fees and major headaches. When I called or emailed, she took several days to respond, even during non-tax season, and did not fully answer my questions or concerns. She was not upfront about her fees or procedures and really set me back in my business accounting. Overall, an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience that I would recommend avoiding.

As Business Owners we have had the opportunity to meet with several tax professionals. After our initial visit and interview with Scott we made the decision to hire him to do our taxes. Scott made us feel comfortable and valued. We also had the pleasure of meeting with Jason. We found them to be very personable, knowledgeable, focused on our business & solution oriented. Our experience with BATP has been exceptionally positive. We have referred Scott and Jason to other Individuals & Business Owners.
