Wayne's Plumbing/R&S was contacted through office person cell Christmas eve morning until 2:00 p.m., and she stated the person was on a call that morning and he will call me when on his way. I tried to contact them again until 4:30 to see if someone was coming but no response, so I called Mosley's Plumbing. I didn't get a return phone call until Saturday from one of the plumbers and I stated my pipe was completed Christmas Eve less than an hour from phone call to service from Mosley's Plumbing.

5 STAR: when we moved here 3 years ago, they were a God send. Helpful, punctual, got the job done so we could move in to our home.nn1 STAR: Oct of 2019, I requested a visit to be sized up for a home GENERAC system. Wayne said he'd come out and measure us up and get on it. He was a no show. No phone call, nothing. I'm still waiting.nnI've lost faith in what was a great service company.
