I get a parking violation for parking at the sign saying no parking to corner, and I see people park at the sign every day which is 2 car-lengths from the corner, but a van that arrived at the same time as me parked on the yellow, and didn't get a ticket too, and as for people saying they are polite and professional, working in Chattanooga amd living out of town is awful, this is the worst parking company I have ever seen in any city and they always pick amd choose what they want to write a ticket for that day and what is okay suddenly. I wish zero stars was an option everyone I know of hates this company in Chattanooga and it is ridiculous that Chattanooga has this, especially with how much Chattanooga relies on tourism.

It's legal extortion. Parking authority isn't a vital commodity that keeps people alive or moderates peace and order; the only people that benefit from parking authority are the employees.nnKill the CPA. Terminate the program

Simply tried to leave after staying only an hour. However we went to pay and the meter said $6.00 before we put our ticket it and it never changed after we put the ticket in so they tried to make us pay $6.00. After getting our ticket out they were extremely rude. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend

We manage couple buildings in downtown. I was unloading material this woman comes start saying the sidewalk was own by the city and she hands me a ticket. Very very unprofessional stuff

New Chattanooga resident here. I purchased a monthly parking pass for the Theatre Center parking lot near Coolidge For my visitor that would be staying only for the week. I found the process to be quite odd. I had to sign a form and email it back, then had to be called to give them my credit card information to pay over the phone, even though I had to go to the physical office and pick up my parking pass anyways.nThe woman I had emailed and talked to on the phone was very helpful. Although when I arrived at the office I wasn’t noticed or greeted for several minutes. No problem, I understand they’re working. However, they simply handed me my pass without saying anything or asking any questions.nNot a day goes by and we come out to the car to find a ticket. Turns out they either wrote the wrong parking lot characters on my pass, or mixed mine up with someone else’s.nThankfully I was able to contact the kind woman via email and she had the ticket voided, but I still have to make another trip to the office to pick up my pass. This shouldn’t have been an issue, and the limited hours make it impossible for me to make it down there before 4PM because I’m working.nI understand mistakes are made, but I just paid $30 to have more of a hassle than it’s worth. Just frustrated.
