If you are going to take the train from the base this is the best place to park. It is located next to the train and place where you can easily buy a ticket. The fee is relatively small and there is an automated machine to pay. Once you pay, place the receipt / printout on your dashboard. You are then good to go! There was plenty of parking when I visited, but during peak tourist season it can get busy. Alternatively, park from the top.
