The workers are very helpful when asked for help. They always have my prescription ready when I call ahead of time; they have gotten much better about answering the phone in a timely manner. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable about their field of work.

I would like to point out that the pharmacy says it is open from 8 until 8... nowhere does it state that from 8 to 9 am is only for vaccines... you should rectify that. The window was closed and so I went inside and that sign did not state anything about the vaccine from 8 to 9 and no pick up prescriptions between those times. Just letting you know that maybe you could state that on your pharmacy hours to keep people from being misinformed.

Just moved to waycross. The girl that answered the pharmacy phone acted like she hated her job. The guy that works here was very nice and went ahead and applied my good rx. My rx was ready on time though and the guy that handed me my rx was really nice.

Pharmacy dept is the most rude employees, the Pharmacist MD will tell you if you don’t like there rules then move your RX. All of the employees will hold there heads down and try to act like they can not see you!ud83eudd2c Rude People⁉ufe0f⁉ufe0f They don’t say thank you for your business. Most all the employees look very unhappy with there jobs especially the Pharmacist MD. In chargeud83eudd25Always changing the rules of filling certain drugs. The WORST PLACE EVER TO HAVE YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED EVEN IF THEY ARE A FEW DOLLARS CHEAPER ITS NOT WORTH THEIR LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SLOW MOVING AND MAKING YOU WAIT A WEEK OR MORE TO GET A PRESCRIPTION YOUR DOCTOR HAS WRITTEN FOR THAT SPECIFIC DAY!!!! Don’t waste ur time and money!!! Sorry useless place!!! Period!!!!!!!
