Me and my husband and son were coming through Ware County from Albany Ga and battery died. We were stuck.on the side of the road .my husband was on the phone with someone from the sheriff's office when Deputy Phillips pulled up behind us and my husband told him.what was going on. Deputy Phillips offered to drive a mile to.his house and get his own personal battery jump.box to help.us so.we could get back on the road to Albany. he was very professional and helpful. Were very thankful.for your help.and service
Officers were very polite. Cuffs were a little tight, the backseat had little to no foot room, radio station was bumpin’ though. I’ll definitely get arrested again!!n-God bless!!
Take away Antony Phillips out of the force and you might have a good team. Mr.Phillips is the first deputy sheriff I've ever heard who tried to force you hand by using the phrase,' Do you know who I am? I'm a deputy sheriff. He used his position as a threat to get his way, He's a bully.nothing more than a bully. Even his wife agreed when she called to apologize for his behavior.
wow the ware county ga sheriffs dept doesnt seem to either they dont know the law or just dont care and guess what hey dont have complaint forms go figure I know I am never going to ware
The deputies are ignorant of the law pertaining to trespass laws as it relates publicly accessible portions of public buildings. This is how the counties gets lawsuits, and taxpayers fund the settlements due to the incompetence of this office.
