I wish I could write a review on the actual service Discount Glass provides but I guess this place doesn't want customers/business. I have called twice in the past 2 weeks trying to obtain a quote on replacing a window regulator and both times I got the same response of needing to contact their supplier and then they would call me back within 30 minutes with more information. Well, on both occasions I never received a call back. My husband ended up purchasing the part and replacing it on his own so we probably saved money in the end but I still find it weird that the individuals who work here can't follow up with a potential customer...

My family contacted discount glass to replace a window. They took measurements from my husband over the phone... (I'm not sure why they didn't tell us someone from their office usually does the measuring) They did't even OFFER for their guy to come out. We have not had to replace glass before, we trusted them to lead us in how this process works and instead-- We did the best we could, when OUR measurement was 1/2 inch off and the glass couldn't be installed. we were charged $250.00 for the glass that was incorrect (I'm sure that is more than THEY paid for it). They did "generously" take off the $180.00 labor charge. I understand mistakes happen, I understand that the lady on the phone might have been new... So here we have the blind leading the blind, but I don't feel they did all they could to rectify the situation. At least only charge us what it cost discount glass. I'm SURE they got their mark up on the mistake. DON'T USE THEM!

Don't buy from here, especially not for windshields. I had a windshield replaced by them and the windshield wasn't the right size, wasn't properly installed, wasn't the same brand as the car, the windshield had a scratch and was from a scrap yard, and the guy that installed it didn't align it properly (not to mention he was so filthy that my seats are now covered in black marks). If you care about your vehicle and your own safety then I recommend going elsewhere.
