The store is great, the staff that I dealt with today was honest to God the worst I've dealt with in a long while. Not sure who hired Michaela but that was a bad decision. She was the nastiest, rudest person. I mean she was actually nasty. Never again. She should not have a job. I ended up walking out and not purchasing my 6 items and my sister returned hers because this employee was so nasty to us. I never ever write negative reviews but she earned it.

Love this store! The staff are all super friendly and the store is always tidy and easy to shop! All the staff work amazing with children and it’s so welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for cute jewelry!

My three daughters and I will go to the Brunswick - Valdosta store from now on, we love Claires stuff but I did not enjoy my time at this store yesterday. The girl with the face piercings is rude. abrupt, more concerned about texting people on her phone behind the counter than giving any form of service. Last time I went she was ok with us but still felt judged. Store doesn’t look good anymore either.

I love the lady with the accent that works here. She is very funny and great with babies, made our piercing experience very memorable and fun for our 2 year old. Recommended her to friends and family who have also been pierced there since. Thank you very much Claire’s and your staff is great

Got my ears pierced at Claire’s three years ago before I moved home, went back here two months ago so my husband could get me an early birthday gift. Got my second holes done. They healed great and I bought some earrings from here tonight to change them out :) the young woman who pierced my ears remembered me from two months ago lol The workers here actually care about their customers and although this store is a lot smaller than other Claire’s I go to it has a lot of stuff you can choose from.nnThe mall itself is quiet, like it will probably close eventually as their not many stores to visit.
