Good people! They were able to squeeze me in to fix a flat tire while I was on my way through town, towing a tent trailer. They would not accept payment for their service! I will definitely refer friends and family to this great shop!
Very professional, took the time to explain and show me the problems with my car. Answered my questions in detail so I was able to make an informed decision. Appreciated their patience and care. Would highly recommend Big O to others.
After Costco refused to patch a simple leak on a tire I bought from them, I went here. Big-O fixed it and charged nothing. NOT their tire, but they FIXED it for free. It's like waking through a time machine to an era where businesses actually cared about winning new customers. Next time I need tires, I'm shopping here first!
Always treating me right
These guys are so great to take care of your car problems. Meet and greet you outside. They have done several repairs, tire changes as needed, oil changes, batteries, etc. They always get me in and out quickly. Keep an eye on my car for things that may or should be done. They are the best and never feel like I've been gouged price wise. High Five to Springville Big O.
