This was my first time at this location since moving to Warner Robins. I was there to get ice cream with my Autistic little brother who was visiting me. As I was trying to help him order the women who was getting my ice cream ready was extremely rude and kept yelling with an attitude with me because I was standing back to help him order. I understand that she was trying to get my order ready but I was clearly assisting my brother and her attitude immediately upset me and made me never want to bring my family to that location again. After finally getting through and paying I wanted to leave so bad I didn’t even realize that my entire order was incorrect and I was so upset with the interaction that I didn’t even care to go back inside to get it fixed.
The ice cream was great, had the new Halloween flavor. The staff was super friendly. Was not the best trip for ice we have ever taken our rental car got backed into in the parking lot. The other driver however was awesome considering the circumstances. The Warner Robbins Police Department was amazing, quick response, and the officer was very professional, friendly, treated everyone with respect and got things taken care of quickly and efficiently.
The owner is a tad rude, just wants you to buy then leave. Other employees are nice tho. The ice cream is also good. Only issues is the new owner.
Good ice cream, good customer service, just a little pricey for poor folk like myself. Good treat for every now and then.
Treats are good. Didn't get a chance to use my club membership. My kids were still very happy.
