Great Experience. ShaTara has a wonderful personality. She's all about business, but she is a great person. Very reasonable to work with throughout the whole process. Young lady has ambitious. If I owned a car lot she would definitely have a top job there. Her co worker Karen was very funny, but was a sweetheart.. Hopefully I can meet her boss. Keep doing a good job Rainey family. Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish! I wasnt sure I would be approved with my downpayment but just like the commercial says.. They went above and beyond to get me in a ride! I walked in but I definitely drove out!!!!nnLove these guys!!!

Bad experience. Dont purchased a car here. They sales customer false hope. Sales and Service need more customer service skills, very poor!!!! I had my car only two weeks before having to take it back for service, and here it is another two weeks from the first service job back in the shop again. (video coming up)
