The staff is very friendly and helpful! The prices for repairs are reasonable. These are good folks to do business with.
Took a gold chain to be repaired. The staff was friendly and polite. The work was completed in about a week at a reasonable price.I would use the again.
My elderly mother and I recently took my watch to have the battery replaced. First and foremost, I was disappointed that in the middle of a pandemic, not one employee was wearing a mask. I was uncomfortable having my mother inside the store, potentially putting her at risk. The staff was friendly enough, the work completed quickly, and the price fair. A few days after having the work done, one side of my watch band fell off and was extremely difficult to re-attach. Since the band has been on the watch for years and I never had a problem, I suspect it was either removed or loosened while the battery was replaced. Most likely an honest mistake, but there is no way I would go back into that store to have it corrected.nnRegardless of personal viewpoints, even if you don't believe masks help save lives, many of your customers do. Why not at least have masks on hand and put them on when you see a customer come in wearing one? I will not return to this store for any reason.
While the place isnt huge, they have excellent customer service, can order some jewlery not in store and they do ring sizing on site. Highly reccomend.
My husband came in to have a battary replaced in his very nice watch. When my husband got home and saw this he called to talk about this. A lady answered the phone and she wasn't the one who did it. She then transferred to the one who did. The man was very rude and hung up on my husband. I will never go back there. Ever...nFhis will also be transferred to Facebook.
