I'm afraid to call these people because every time I do they are incredibly rude and downright aggressive. I suffer from a mental illness and when I called to get information for help, they mocked and ridiculed me. I asked very simple questions. I do understand from reading employee reviews that there isn't much confidence in the management and that there are some toxic office politics. That shouldn't be felt by the customer. I want help so bad and I don't know where to turn to. Please help your customers. Please. Please Please please please please please.

How about let us pay online or via phone. It's 2017 and you only take it via mail. The only redeeming factor is how kind and patient your customer service is.
