Jordan and his crews are wonderful to work with! Jordan was more than happy to come to us with samples. He listened to our wants and needs and found the perfect carpets for our projects. The installers were on time, worked hard, and were very courteous and respectful. Even though we agreed to move all of the furniture, the installers were ready to lend a hand with the heavy items without blinking an eye. The carpets came out perfect! Before the carpets were even complete, we decided to have Parker's Direct Flooring put in our hardwoods. There again, Jordan listened to our wants and suggested several samples he thought we would like. We picked out our floor within minutes, and the crew was ready to install within days! If you're looking for the best flooring options, unbeatable prices, and fantastic folks to work with, you absolutely cannot go wrong with Jordan, his crews, and Parker's Direct Flooring!

I would like to take a second and recommend this place, all around a great environment to be at. The people are great and will help you in anyway they can. They treat people like family and really down to earth, and take pride in what they do. Plus the prices are amazing! You guys get 5 stars from me and I will definitely be back.

I have been working with Jordan for many years. I have compared prices and quality and I will not use anyone else. He is a reputable businessman and a fine person. He is quick to get the job done, and does what he commits to do.

This is, in my opinion, the best flooring / carpeting retail store in the Chattanooga area. They have some of the highest quality options and the lowest prices. Wall to wall carpeting, flooring, exotic rugs, elegant rugs, runners, you name it. The owner Jordan Parker is also one of the nicest, most genuine, generous, professional and knowledgeable people in the business. I know because I’ve worked with him personally, in the carpet business, since we were children. As I moved on, Jordan stayed and learned. He never gave up. He continued developing his knowledge in flooring and carpeting, and later distribution, sales, customer service and management. And that all reflects in the staff at Parkers Direct Flooring because they don’t treat you like to a customer. They treat you like family. With his expertise, Jordan started Parker’s Direct Flooring and instillation 15 years ago and now, he has opened this incredible store. There’s not a more knowledgeable, friendly owner, management and staff in the business. If you’ve ever met Jordan Parker, you know what I’m talking about.
