Hired Vitaly and his crew to install and finish white oak character grade floors in our new build. After install and finish I was left with damaged base boards, damaged walls, damaged newel post and a floor with knot holes that will cut your foot. I was told all the holes would be polyurethaned and not be rough at all. I paid exactly what they asked, didn't try to negotiate. They knew before hand the type of wood I was buying and my expectations on how I wanted the floor finished. If you want a good install and finish and your home not damaged, hire someone else. After all but begging them to do my floor correctly and it not ever getting done, I cut my losses and paid them in full to just be done. I knew I would have to hire a professional company to come back and finish the job.
