I was having issues with my battery. One guy helped me, checked my battery, and said it was bad and I needed a new one. We proceeded to check-out. I had issues with my credit card and had to run home quickly. When I returned, the guy who had helped me had left for the day (15 minutes or so had gone by). Another guy helped me and the battery was behind the counter. He started checking me out and asked what kind of vehicle (Volvo). I told him and he said they couldn't change it because there was a note saying they're complicated to change. I explained it was easy to get to and I had taken care of removing the straps, etc. I proceed to ask if he 'shouldn't or 'wouldn't' replace the battery. He said they can't.nnI go across the street to Auto Zone to see if they could help. I started by asking for my battery to be checked and the guy said my battery was fine!nnSo, not only did O'Reilly's almost sell me a battery I didn't need, they also almost installed it when they shouldn't have!nnI will never return to this store.
