I love these guys... They are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about their inventory... And the delivery drivers are very nice and hospitable ... And do an efficient job on installation ... Im very happy with them! I would recommend this store to anyone
Its okay the stuff is good to look at if you know what I mean.
Not even a whole month in and I'm being over charged for two items because Rent-A-Center failed to direct withdrawal from a prepaid card that was registered in paperwork to them. Now they say that I've been taxed with late fees which has now put my card in the negative. They said that they will fix it but I'm still upset that this has happened and now my card is negative. If I hadn't checked my transactions on my card I would have never known and basically would have been getting robbed. I already can't afford to lose especially during this pandemic. I now feel cheated and worried that this was even a good deal to consider or go along with. If I can get this fixed I may consider changing my rating but as of now one star from sir.
So far the best Rent a Center I have ever done business with. I have been with them a month now. No problems and they have given me fantastic deals.
Never had any issues with them. Worked with us on the few late payments we had. Got my phone through them and it's broke 3 times and they just give us a new one!! They are great!
