Only one person was working! Single employee working was very nice (Joey). Not a Corp store. He suggested we go to Corp store for service. He did as much as he could. Will avoid in the future.

I went into this store due to I was just at another store close to it. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! I should have gone to my usual store buy Walmart. The staff was unfriendly, acted like they were being bothered. Sam the manager told me that the tablet he picked out was the best that they have. An Acteal tablet which was a bottom of the line product. The camera was horrible, slow internet connection. I was able to take it back but the minute that Sam the manager saw me, he hid in the back and had another staff member help me. After returning the item I was assured that the cost would be removed from my bill. I noticed on my bill it was still there. So, I was charged for 2 weeks for something that I no longer had. Will never go back here again. The Tmobile store near Walmart has nicer staff, better products and more knowledgeable staff members
