Left and went to Rossville location due to a rude lady there , she acted as if we were a bother, left and went to Rossville with NO problems .

The only reason 2 stars was given was for the amazing staff and the price otherwise there are no real qualities of the service. We had heard it had improved because T-mobile bought them but this was not the case. I definitely would steer clear if you need to actually use the voice service. Calls were dropped, voice quality was terrible, and no one could hear me when I first answered. We switched to Verizon and in just 24 hours have had stellar voice quality and data. Buyer definitely beware.
