Really easy going and puts customer first. They've done full engine rebuild turbo and exhaust work for me. Great place to go for diesel performance and preventative maintenance and upkeep.
Its hard to find a good mechanic shop nowadays and rkl is one of those, the guys at the front desk are the actual mechanics and they were super nice, I never had an issue with rkls work.
Ryan and Crew were very knowledgeable and fast on getting an accurate diagnosis. I'm glad i took my truck to RKL after a dealer wanted to charge me over 7k for unnecessary repairs! They saved me big time. Will take my rigs here from now on!
If 0 stars was an option, they would definitely be a 0. Initially Ryan is ok to talk with, until it’s time to get your truck back and he ghosts on you and no one working there can tell you where your truck is. Ultimately we did not get a fraction of what was paid for and working with the courts for resolution. (Case filed 2nd District in Farmington)
I was initially very impressed with their service and how they took care of me however upon further inspection I found that the parts of on my truck weren't the ones I paid for. (they told me after I asked that they were the only ones they could get but they didnt freely give that information up front) After that i spent months reaching out trying to get them to make it right if on the few occasions they did answer or call me back I always got the run around or some bs. Finally months later they said they had the stuff and could get me on the the schedule and that it would cost $200 in labor plus the materials. I told them that I didn't think it was fair to have to pay a second time just to finally get what I paid for the first time. They said they would see what they could do and call me right back. Low and behold they never did now they don't answer any of my phone calls. Don't waste your money or your time here.
