The place is well kept and sterile. The staff was friendly, informative, and helpful. The hearing test set up is great. The exam room is up to date. Physical testing was a excellent experience.

No one ever likes to go to a clinic! It’s usually for an injury or an illness. I’ve been going to this particular Concentra (New Berlin) because it was used by my work. This occasion for the first time was different. I needed to go for a drug screen and physical for a new job I was getting. Even though I had one literally a mile from my house I chose to drive the extra distance to go to this one because of how well I’ve always been treated! Morgan, who I believe is the clinic manager greeted me by name. It had been at least a year and a half since I’d been there last. Dawn. The nurse knew me right away and as always was very helpful, caring and friendly. Although I didn’t see the usual doctor (Had a PA training) when he saw me he still stopped to talk with me and ask how I’ve been since I last saw him. Lastly I saw the PT who took care of me the last time I had to come in and she said hello and asked how I’ve been. What else can I say. The people make the difference and they are bar none the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with!!

Had to come here for a pre employment drug test and physical and let me tell you Tracy G. Is the most amazing nurse, she was kind, friendly, funny and over all just a sweet caring genuine person. I definitely recommend coming here and if you get so lucky to get Tracy G. You will definitely enjoy your time here.

Great location, easy to get to and ample parking. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Same doctor 99.9% if the time so he gets to know you and you are not just a number. Highly recommend!

They were very helpful in every way. No complaints they treated you good staff was nice and all around a good experience.
