Spoke with Mike regarding their platinum engine, and I decided to go with it. They actually shipped it out 1 week earlier that he said they would, which was great! My installer looked everything over upon arrival, he said all looked top notch. We installed, hooked everything back up, and it is in the break in stage. Mike was extremely helpful with any, and all questions. Jackie made the shipping, and core return so easy it was scary! Had a follow up call from Matt, just checking to make sure all was going well, and if I was satisfied with their product. Total professional service all around. What makes a good business? Having competent people, with the knowledge, and people skills, to get the job done. I would recommend this company, and their employees any time, to anyone, based off of my dealings with them. Ordered an engine for my dads 800 ranger and everything was good. Just wish they would send some sort of instructions with their motors. I had no idea I would have to do timing and things with the stator and all of that. ( I don’t work on engines). I ordered a manual that helped a lot. The guys told me they would send something but never did is only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR MACHINE HERE. THEY REBUILT OUR TERYX ENGINE. It took longer than they promised. We were given the run around every time we called about it. Then after we finally get our toy back, we find out the timing was off and it is leaking oil. They “take care of it” and send our toy back to us. Then we find out they put the intake boots on crooked and loose. The engine sucked up dust. It will likely have to be rebuilt again. They won’t even respond to us. We have pictures and documentation.

Great customer service. Quick delivery. Had parts in stock with great knowledge of the product. Will be doing business with these guys again and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Great people to work with. Great running engine. Transmission with gear kit works awesome and their clutch kits work perfect. No complaints, stand up company!! Will buy from them again.
