Brandon is an honest guy who really takes time to explain everything he's doing - and he knows his business well.
I have an older Mercedes SUV. I called a few places to see where I wanted to take my car when it would not shift. A lot of places would work on it. Over the phone Brandon helped me troubleshoot and try to find the simplest solution. When I did bring the car in to him, he immediately got to work. He narrowed the problem down, ordered the parts and got me back on the road. I admit, I was hesitant to take it anywhere but the dealership (it's the first time I took it anywhere else) but I am really happy with the service I got from Brandon at Untamed Transmission.
I have known Brandon at Untamed Transmissions to be nothing but a stand-up, honest, and hard working guy, which is important when trying to find someone to work on your car. This guy makes cars run like they are supposed to or better! I took my car there and it was done with better than expected results.
Brandon is an honest, hardworking guy who really knows his stuff. We were very impressed with his knowledge of fixing cars. He answered all our questions appropriately. I would definitely recommend Brandon with any repair needs.
