We had the best experience buying a boat from lake Chatuge marine. We are from Missouri which made things difficult being out of state, but Lisa was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to make it happen. All of our questions were answered. There was another gentleman we didn’t catch his name but he was extremely nice and helpful as well going out of his way to make sure we comfortable with our boat before leaving for the long ride back to Missouri. We are extremely happy to buy our boat through them!

Rented a pontoon from Lake Chatuge Marine. They delivered the boat directly to our VRBO house dock. Very clean, new pontoon in excellent working order. Efficient motor so used very little gas, no need to refuel for the entire day. Life jackets of every size and very clean. Guys who dropped off and picked up the boat were efficient and very friendly. We were able to reserve and complete waivers from phone, website top notch. No hassle whatsoever.

Recently purchased a Tritoon Boat from Lake Chatuge Marine. The whole process went very smoothly. Lisa and her staff were very professional and addressed all our needs. I had my other boat serviced by them. They are a family business with an excellent reputation; always honest and fair. Only place I will go for my boating needs.

We tried to purchase a boat there, after having them drag out the deal for 3weeks we finally got to lake test and found the boat to be unsafe for operation we were unable to steer the boat from a rusted and frozen steering cable which they were unwilling to fix in order to make the sell, also to ballast didn't work, the owner informed us that if we chose not to buy the boat that we would lose or Fully Refundable Deposit, at which time we had to threaten legal action against them 35000.00 is a lot of money to spend for a boat that needs immediate attention for repair. Very unprofessional in our opinion,I would be very careful in doing business with them and be sure to get everything in writing and back it up with your phone, Buyer Beware.

We rented a tritoon for a week from Lake Chatuge Marine and when we return for another visit to the lake, we will return to this company for sure! Dwayne and his staff are very professional, highly responsive, helpful, friendly and all around great! The boat we rented worked well, was clean and in excellent condition. The delivery and pickup of the boat to and from our dock was just as smooth as everything else we experienced with this company. We highly recommend Lake Chatuge Marine and we will be back!
